Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we do ship worldwide.

Packages will be shipped through EMS/DHL. Tracking information is provided as soon as the package is shipped.

All prices are in GBP (UK Pounds). Rapture of Senses does not convert the total price of orders into other currencies.

When making payment through Paypal make it in GBP.

If you have any questions about currency conversion please contact your bank or financial institution. Prices charged for overseas customers will be subject to change based on exchange rates by the customers credit or debit card company. Online sites such as can give you a rough exchange rate but please only use this as a guide only.

How do I track my order?

Address error

Rapture of Senses cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If you have made an error on your address please email us within 12 hours of placing order to have address changed.


Although pricing may not always seem consistent to you, prices are not negotiable. All pricing is made by the discretion of Rapture of Senses and based on all, one, or any of the following traits: rarity, quality, availability, beauty, personal value, financial value and etc.

We reserve the right to change price at any time, including pre-order items, prior to a sale being made of the physical item. The price that the item is quoted at, at the time of checkout, is the price you will be charged.

"Made to order"

“MADE TO ORDER”  items will be shipped anytime between 1 to 4 weeks* after payment has been cleared.

Note that during the months of February, March, June and July it can take up to 8 weeks for your item to be made and shipped due to the high number of orders.

If you need an item by a certain day please send us a message so we can see what we can do. We make all items in the order that they are placed. It doesn’t actually take us a month to make any single item, there are just that many people ahead of you.

Delivery time will vary depending on postal service and country of destination but it’s usually around 3 to 5 working days.


Due to our items being handmade by REAL people, sometimes delays may occur so please allow extra time for shipment in case this happens. Every item is made with love and care and we do not rush quality!


Sometimes customers may also be liable for additional taxes, fees, import duties and surcharges levied by destination countries.

So far we have never had any problems with taxes being charged to any of our packages, but we (Rapture of Senses) cannot anticipate if or when it will be applied, as it is happens at the discretion of Customs Offices.

Please check with Customs in your country as we are not currently based in Europe. Please understand that this is a legal requirement out of our control. If you refuse to pay the customs of your country, the package will be returned to us.

How are the items package?

We take your privacy seriously.

Everything comes packed in generic shipping packaging with no logos relevant to our business. The goods are described as “second hand belts” in all shipping documents. 

What is your returns policy?

We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges.

Please note that details like colour can change from monitor to monitor and that each piece is handmade and will have slight variations from one another.

On the rare instance that you find something wrong with your purchase please email us with attached images of your concern and if found to be faulty items may be returned to us and we will repair the garment free of charge. The buyer covers return.

Since all of our items are custom made to your specifications if you have given us the wrong size measurements we cannot exchange your item for another one. Note that we will go through measurements with you and explain exactly which ones we need.

Please make sure you take your measurements correctly.

Rapture of Senses does not offer refunds or cancellations due to a change of mind. All purchases are final. Please make sure to ask questions before placing your order.

The turn around time for orders is emailed to every buyer. We do not accept order cancellations because the turn around time was not taken into account.

Once your order is placed we allocate time for it, which means we turn down work that we would have otherwise said yes to for that time. We order and set aside supplies and deactivate listings when needed. It’s the equivalent of hiring someone to do a job, have them tell all other work that they are unavailable for that time, and then at the last minute telling them: “Never mind, I don’t need you anymore and you’re not getting paid.”

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Faulty items

There is to be no refunds on faulty items only repair/exchange on the originally purchased item.

Leather and Hardware

All of our products are made with 100% leather (Aniline, Semi-Aniline, Nabuck, Snake Skin, Suede…) unless specified as “faux or vegan leather”.

Our leathers are more luxurious, they breathe more easily and are more tactile and cooler and softer to sit on.

Scars, marks, and other imperfections may occur and we strongly believe that’s the beauty of a handmade product.

Our leathers are also more susceptible to absorbing liquids because of their natural porosity. If it gets dirty, just use a damp cloth. DO NOT use any soaps or foreign substances. We will not be held responsible for any damage of the leather once the product is out of our hands.

We only work with brass hardware at this moment.
